The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tier 1 Support Agent to be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance. You’ll troubleshoot basic issues, guide users through our platform, and escalate more complex cases to Tier 2 when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via our dedicated ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to the platform, media playback, screen connectivity, and content scheduling
  • Educate users on how to use platform features effectively
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with clear documentation
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service with timely, empathetic responses
  • Log support interactions, solutions, and feedback in our CRM/helpdesk system
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to report bugs or feature requests
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by writing and updating help articles and guides

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support, helpdesk, or tech support role (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with a logical, methodical approach
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping people

Nice to Have (not essential)

  • Experience with previous digital signage systems, CMS platforms, or media playback technologies
  • Multilingual capabilities
