During the application process of a vacant career or job you may be pursuing, the modern 21st century method of researching your personal life can easily be done simply by visiting any of your active social media profiles.

This has led those to believe that in fact the prospective employer is discriminating against your application as they are already building a judgement of your before they have even had the opportunity to meet you and learn how you may operate in a professional environment, compared to the way you socialise with your friends at the weekend.
