NowSignage Account Manager

What we're looking for…

We need help providing a top-notch experience for our 1,000+ customer base to help them get the most out of our cloud based platform. This person will work directly with our channel to help them achieve their goals and grow their digital signage portfolio.

We are growing quickly in an exciting industry and this presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to experience this growth journey with us. You will be an enthusiastic champion for customer success, an outstanding and friendly communicator, a natural problem solver, and will have a knack for picking up intricate or technical concepts quickly and helping others do the same.

As an integral part of the team at NowSignage, you will be the front line to our clients – providing training, support and the very best customer service possible. 

As such, you will be a strong communicator via several channels: phone, email, live chat and face to face and you must be able to effectively manage customer expectations, timelines and projects. 

You will also be responsible for ensuring that our customers are properly and effectively on-boarded and supported throughout their customer journey. 

Job Experience is a plus but not a necessity. We will train the right individuals. However the right candidate should have basic understanding of SaaS and a passion for technology.


What is NowSignage…

NowSignage is a multi-screen CMS that enables users to upload, schedule and manage content across their screens at the click of a button. Our platform allows the seamless playing of static ads, videos, live YouTube, TV channel streaming, RSS news feeds, dashboards, web views, as well as moderated social media posts and approved apps such as Microsoft PowerBI. Operating across every industry sector, NowSignage digital signage is ideal for a single location with a handful of screens, or multiple global locations with thousands of screens.


Skills/Attributes:

- Have an ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- University degree (2:1 or above)
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A strong relationship builder with an understanding of managing and developing customer relationships.
- Have a passion and understanding for technology and innovation
- Knowledge and/or experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
- Be comfortable supporting clients through a variety of contact channels, including phone and email
- Enjoys interacting with people and gets a thrill out of helping others solve problems.
