What do I get for free?
All accounts are free to setup and any product within our product suite can be activated free of charge. By activating a 'NowSignage for websites' project you will be able to setup a single webpage feed for free, however certain features will be locked and you will be limited to only one webpage.
What is included in the price?
Our pricing is based on a sliding rate card determined by the number of webpage feeds that you require. You can increase the number of webpages in blocks of 10 webpages. All paid plans provide the user with unlimited access and usage of all platform features. Learn more about our website features >
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Yes, your subscription can be manually adjusted through your account interface at any time or by emailing our support. Your plan will be adjusted and accounted for on a pro-rata calculation in your billing area.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time, you are not tied into any long term contracts and all data (stored assets, user details and configurations) is owned by you in accordance with GDPR compliance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through our approved payment gateways (Stripe and GoCardless). All payments are automatically withdrawn on a monthly basis, as per the payment terms outlined on your invoice statement located in your account billing area.
Are there discounts for non-profit organisations?
We provide bespoke rates for customers with unique requirements through our Nowsignage Plus offering. If you are a non-profit organizations then please get in touch and we'll shape a discounted payment plan around your needs.
