The Role

We’re looking for a charismatic and technically confident Technical Trainer to design and deliver engaging, effective training experiences across our partner and internal audiences. You’ll empower our internal support, sales, and onboarding teams — as well as our global network of resellers, distributors, and end-users — with the knowledge they need to succeed with our platform.

This is a high-impact role where exceptional presentation skills and customer focus are just as important as technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver structured training sessions tailored to internal teams, resellers, distributors, and end users
• Create and maintain a suite of learning content including slide decks, videos, tutorials, user guides, and live demo environments
• Conduct onboarding and refresher sessions for new partners and internal staff, covering platform functionality, best practices, and use-case scenarios
• Work closely with all internal departments to keep training material up to date and aligned with new feature releases
• Gather feedback from sessions to continuously improve training materials and delivery
• Become a product expert capable of answering a wide range of functional and technical questions
• Support the development of certification paths or training programs for partner tiers
• Represent the company in partner enablement webinars, industry events, and customer workshops where needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in a training, enablement, or instructional role — ideally within a SaaS, IT, or digital media/AV company
• Proven ability to deliver training in a clear, engaging, and confident manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to read a room, adjust your delivery style, and keep audiences engaged
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, web-based software, and digital signage (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to travel occasionally for partner workshops or events (domestic or international)

Nice to Have

• Experience training reseller or channel partner networks
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and certification workflows
• Knowledge of digital signage hardware, media formats, or content management systems
