Our licensing model is very simple. NowSignage licenses are purchased on a subscription basis, on either a monthly rolling, 12 month or 36 month term. Regardless of the term you purchase the license on, you will have full access to all features within our CMS.

How many displays does a licence support?

A single NowSignage license supports one media player or system on chip (SoC) display.

What are the different types of licences available?

We only offer one product and that is a NowSignage CMS license, this gives you access to the entirety of our feature set. The type of license depends on its duration as we offer licenses on a monthly rolling, 12 month or 36 month term.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

We offer a tiered pricing structure, where prices will decline based on the volume of licenses per project. For large scale projects, we can also offer special bid pricing. If you have a particular project that you’d like to discuss then please get in touch with our sales team.

Is there a minimum number of screens?

No, we support everything from single screens to large multi-site rollouts.

Where can I purchase NowSignage licences?

NowSignage does not sell directly to end-users, we only sell via our reseller and distribution channel partners. If you’d like to purchase a NowSignage license, then please get in touch and we can refer you to one of our approved reseller partners.

Do you sell the players and displays to run my digital signage?

At NowSignage, we solely sell our software via our reseller channel. We will never have and never will sell hardware. If you would like to purchase hardware to run your digital signage, we can refer you to one of our reseller partners who will be happy to assist you and provide hardware recommendations.
