Strengthening Global Customer Support at NowSignage: Welcoming Darren White
As NowSignage continues to grow worldwide, we’re investing in the people and expertise that help our customers succeed. A larger platform means greater support needs, and building out our global support team, including increased support across all time zones, including North America.
That’s why we’re introducing new roles that combine technical knowledge with customer partnership. One of the latest additions to our global support team is Darren White, who joins us as a Strategic Support Agent.
Darren brings over ten years of experience in technical support and customer service, most recently at Sky. With a proven track record of solving complex issues while keeping communication clear and straightforward, he is well placed to support our enterprise and high-value customers as we continue to expand internationally.
The role of Strategic Support Agent bridges technical expertise with relationship management. It’s not just about closing tickets, but about working closely with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure customers receive the best possible service. Darren will act as a trusted point of contact for strategic clients, managing cases from start to finish, and collaborating with our Product and Engineering teams to resolve more complex challenges.
