About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our UK team, supporting and growing relationships with key end-user accounts across the UK and globally. This role is focused on ensuring customers achieve measurable value from the NowSignage platform, while driving long-term retention, expansion and advocacy.
You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, managing large-scale deployments and acting as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management, project delivery and technical platform expertise across our global customer estate.
Key Responsibilities
Adoption
- Lead onboarding for new customers, with a strong project management focus for large-scale rollouts
- Deliver structured onboarding programmes using defined playbooks and processes
- Support customers in configuring and managing the NowSignage platform day-to-day, including setting up layouts, templates and on-screen design elements
- Quickly develop a strong understanding of the platform to guide customers effectively
Retention
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations
- Proactively identify risks and take action to ensure high renewal rates
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers continuously see value in the platform
Expansion
- Identify opportunities to grow NowSignage usage across additional locations, departments and regions
- Nurture relationships to support increased licence adoption and long-term growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to support commercial opportunities where appropriate
Advocacy
- Gather customer feedback through surveys and regular engagement
- Turn satisfied customers into advocates through referrals, case studies and reviews
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to product and roadmap discussions
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Managing a portfolio of medium to large end-user accounts
- Leading onboarding and implementation projects
- Supporting customers with platform configuration and best practice
- Running regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Working closely with Product, Support, Creative and Sales teams
- Handling global clients, with flexibility across time zones when needed
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong project management experience, ideally delivering large-scale or multi-site rollouts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think proactively
- Ability to learn and confidently use a technical SaaS platform
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Desirable
- Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within SaaS
- Experience onboarding customers onto a SaaS platform
- Familiarity with digital signage or AV technologies
- Experience working with QSR, retail or advertising environments
- A technically-minded approach with confidence in platform configuration
- Commercial awareness or sales experience
- Confidence supporting customers with template setup and content configuration
- An eye for design and understanding of what makes effective on-screen communication
