NowSignage strengthens enterprise platform strategy with new Service Design Consultant

NowSignage has appointed Sohan Krishna as Service Design Consultant, a role focused on shaping how the platform is designed and delivered for enterprise customers. The role focuses on connecting customer needs with product development, ensuring a consistent, intuitive experience as deployments scale.

With customers increasingly using NowSignage across multiple locations and teams, the company is enhancing platform features to provide clarity and consistency. In his role, Sohan will map the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding through to long-term platform use, helping ensure every touchpoint is connected and easy to navigate.

Sohan has helped organisations design services that are efficient, and aligned to real customer needs. By collaborating across teams, he will make sure customer feedback and market insights are translated into practical improvements that deliver maximum value and support adoption as deployments grow.

The Service Design Consultant role also involves working across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to create frameworks and processes that ensure consistent, scalable delivery. By connecting these teams, Sohan will help customers experience a well-coordinated journey, while supporting NowSignage’s ongoing growth and innovation.
