NowSignage welcomes Joe Morris, bringing valuable partner experience to Customer Success

NowSignage is pleased to welcome Joe Morris as Customer Success Manager, bringing a unique perspective shaped by years of experience working with the platform as a trusted reseller partner.

Having supported NowSignage customers through the Dragon Group for the past four years, Joe joins the team with a strong understanding of how businesses use digital signage in practice, and what they need to successfully manage and scale their networks. His experience working closely with customers and end-users across the AV industry gives him valuable insight into what businesses need as their networks continue to grow.

Alongside his industry experience, Joe also brings a creative background in graphic design, combining a customer-focused mindset and hands-on understanding of how strong visual content performs in real-world environments. This blend of technical, operational, and creative experience will help customers maximise the value of their signage networks while continuing to deliver impactful in-store experiences.

As Customer Success Manager, Joe will support customers throughout every stage of their journey, from onboarding and training through to long-term growth and ongoing success. Working closely with customers and internal teams, he will help ensure businesses continue to get the most from the platform as their requirements evolve.
