- Eligibility
The prize giveaway is open to any person over the age of 18 years old with access to submitting the online form.
- How to Enter
Participants can enter the giveaway by completing the online form in full, by providing all the required information and agreeing to these terms and conditions. This giveaway is only open for entries between 30 January 2024 – 2nd February 2024.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Prize
The prize is a Fortnum & Mason Gift Hamper ‘The Fortman Hamper’ worth £125.00.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries once a minimum of 50 entries have been received. The winner will be notified via email on or after Monday 5th February 2024.. Once the winner acknowledges the prize, details will be taken to send the prize directly to the winner.
- Data Collection and Use
By entering this competition, participants agree to provide their personal information, including but not limited to Name, Email Address, Company Name and Country of Residence. NowSignage may collect, use, store and process participants’ personal information for marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, sending promotional emails and newsletters. Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails or by contacting NowSignage directly.
- Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow NowSignage to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If NowSignage intends to publicise the winner, the party will be in touch to inform the winner prior.
- Disclaimer
NowSignage are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete and misdirected entries or for any technical problems when entering the competition. Where entries are received after 23:59 on 2nd February 2024, these entries will not be accepted as part of the prize draw, but your data may still be used for marketing purposes.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will not be considered for the prize draw and misuse of the entry form will potentially disqualify all your entries.
- General Conditions
NowSignage reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any given time, with or without notice.
A minimum of 50 entries must be received by 23:59 2nd February 2024 for the giveaway to be drawn. If insufficient entries are received, NowSignage reserves the right to cancel the giveaway.
NowSignage reserves the right to suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by NowSIgnage and Avientek in their sole discretion.
NowSignage has the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process of the giveaway or violating these terms and conditions.
- Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions by NowSignage which are final and binding.
