EMMA – Administrative Operations Manager
“For the past ten years, through the forecasting, monitoring and analysis of product trends and markets, I have been trusted with the spend of multi-million pound budgets. I join the NowSignage team to assist them in defining and implementing processes that will improve the experience for our resellers when purchasing NowSignage licenses. This also includes the exciting challenge of tracking and issuing the high volume of recurring license renewals happening across global resellers on a daily basis.”
ANDREW – 1st Line Customer Support
“By nature I have a technical and inquisitive mind, and love the challenge of problem solving. With this appetite I have joined the NowSignage team to provide first line support to our customers and resellers, via our online ticketing systems. I will also be responsible for advancing our ‘knowledge base’ portal with updated user-guides and manuals in multilingual formats. I look forward to supporting the NowSignage team and our customers”
NowSignage operates a fully flexible approach to home and office based working, allowing staff to feel empowered to work in the environment that best suits their productivity and lifestyle. As such, both Emma and Andrew will have the flexibility to work out of the company’s Manchester City Centre HQ, Manchester Airport Office, or their own home.
